Returns Policy
Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy may cancel without notice or liability an advertised or agreed service, including but not limited to workshops and mentoring.
REFUND POLICY
Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy shall not give full refunds for cancellation of workshops.
Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy shall not refund mentoring package payment subscriptions. No refund shall be offered where the mentoring package has begun and is for all intents and purposes underway. Cancellation of the 1, 3,6 and 12 mentoring session packages must occur in writing before the first session, otherwise the fee is non-refundable.
Notice of Withdrawal or Cancellation
Participants must advise Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy in writing to hello@paulasilbert.com of their intention to withdraw or cancel their enrolment in workshops. The scale of the refund is determined by the amount of notice given.
Program Cancellation
Should Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy cancel a workshop, participants are entitled to a full refund (or pro-rata adjusted refund) or transfer of funds to another/future workshop. In this event, participants will be given their preferred option.
Deferment
Deferment should not occur mid-workshop unless prevailing circumstances are serious and other options have been exhausted. Should a participant need to defer, the fees paid are non-transferable and non-refundable. Participant will be ensured a preferential place in the next program they are able to attend.
Withdrawal from Enrolment
Once participation has commenced in the workshop, no refund is available to participants who leave before finalising their workshop unless the participant states exceptional circumstances. In that case, fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus an administration fee of $50.00 (AUD).
Terms of Service
REMUNERATION
In consideration for Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy providing the Services the customer, participant or mentee will pay Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy all fees as indicated within the terms of payment at the checkout.

Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy does not make any claims or guarantee results as part of the services offered.
Except as required by law, Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy gives no express or implied warranties, and makes no representations, in relation to this website. In particular, while care has been taken in creating the website, Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy does not warrant or represent that:
the information or any material provided on the website is accurate, complete, up to date or suitable for any purpose;
the website itself is free from any computer viruses or other defects; or
User’s access to the website will be continuous or uninterrupted.
EXPECTED WORKSHOP PARTICIPANT AND MENTEE BEHAVIOUR
Participants or mentees have a responsibility to behave appropriately including showing respect towards other participants, staff and clients. Harassment of any nature including bullying will not be tolerated.
Participants or mentees are expected to attend and participate in all workshop and mentoring sessions.
Mobile phones are to be switched off during workshop and mentoring sessions, unless by prior arrangement.
Participants or mentees unable to meet the above requirements must notify Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy in writing not later than a minimum of 72 hours before the scheduled workshop or mentoring session.
Please ensure information that you feel may need to be known regarding your individual needs, (i.e. disability or special needs) is offered at the time of booking the workshop or mentoring session.
Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy does value your attendance and will try to ensure that your learning experience does not cause any unnecessary discomfort, to you, your peers or the facilitator(s), whilst undertaking our workshop or mentoring sessions.
LIABILITY
(a) Although Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy will take all care in providing the Services, it accepts no liability to the fullest extent of the law regarding:
(i) any consequential loss, damage or injury, however it may arise;
(ii) any punitive, additional or exemplary damages;
(b) If the Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy is found to be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs or injuries arising out of this Agreement, the quantum of the sum of all liability or liabilities is strictly limited to the value of this Agreement.
INDEMNITY
Users indemnify Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy in relation to all loss and damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) by Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy as a direct or indirect result of the customer, participant or mentee acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of the Terms of Service.
JURISDICTION
The content, operation and interpretation of this website and these Terms of Service will be governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia, Australia. The customer, participant or mentee agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Western Australia in the event of a dispute arising out of, or in connection with, this website.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF USE
Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy may amend these Terms of Service from time to time by posting the amended version on this website. Subsequent or continuing use of this website will constitute acceptance of any changes. If any part of the Terms of Service is or becomes void, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The void part will be replaced by provisions that are valid and have an effect as close as possible to the effect of the void part.

In the event that you subscribe to any activity on the website, your personal information is held in a database. The database is protected by a firewall as well as host-based security. The data is not transmitted over the Internet once it has been stored in the database. If Paula Silbert Arts Consultancy management ever has a requirement to transmit the data over the Internet (For example, to make an off-site backup) it will be in encrypted form.
