Be sure to have your unique Scheduling Code when you are scheduling. You will receive this personal scheduling code in an email when you purchase your mentoring package. This code is very important because it confirms that you have already made payment. (Without your code the scheduling system will prompt you for a payment.) We suggest storing your code in a safe place such as your password keeper.

How does your code work? When you go to the Scheduling page, you will see a price displayed for a mentoring session. Don’t worry, your personal code overrides that fee because you have already purchased a mentoring package.
